All exhibitors must agree to the terms and conditions set out below prior to completing the booking form and sending payment. Stands may be reserved by telephone/ email, but are not confirmed until the booking form and payment has been received. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to dismantle the stand on the day and to take or arrange for all equipment and rubbish to be cleared away.
Health & Safety: All exhibitors are responsible for conducting a risk assessment of their respective exhibition space and this should be available during the event upon request. Any electrical equipment being used by an exhibitor during the event must display a valid PAT test. Insurance - Lincolnshire Media and the Lincolnshire Showground cannot accept responsibility caused to any persons or property in respect of damage, loss or theft. We recommend that all exhibitors have adequate insurance. Cancellations - No refunds will be given as a result of cancellation by an exhibitor. Lincolnshire Live or the Lincolnshire Showground will not be liable from any loss of earnings, resulting from cancellation due to Force Majeure (Act of God).
Payment: If you have an account with Lincolnshire Live, this payment will be booked to your account on Tuesday 15th October and an invoice will be generated the week after. If you do not have an account, pre-payment will be required via credit card or cheque.
